EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

15. Licence to Use SuperiorIELTS

Subject to these Terms, SuperiorIELTS grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for lawful educational and IELTS preparation purposes.

This permission does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

16. Personal Educational Use

Unless otherwise expressly stated, Services and learning materials made available through SuperiorIELTS are intended for your personal educational use.

  • practise IELTS;

  • review your answers;
  • monitor your progress; and
  • develop your English-language skills.

17. Computer-Based IELTS Practice

SuperiorIELTS may provide interfaces intended to help students practise in a computer-based testing environment.

Such interfaces are educational simulations.

Similarity in layout, workflow, timing, question types, or test experience does not mean that SuperiorIELTS is an official IELTS testing system.

18. Mock Examinations

SuperiorIELTS may offer full or partial mock examinations.

SuperiorIELTS mock examinations are intended for:

  • practice;
  • preparation;
  • self-assessment;
  • identifying weaknesses;
  • becoming familiar with timed testing; and
  • monitoring educational progress.

A SuperiorIELTS mock examination is not an official IELTS examination.

19. Practice Results

SuperiorIELTS may provide:

  • raw scores;
  • percentages;
  • estimated band scores;
  • section scores;
  • progress information;
  • performance analytics;
  • automated assessments; or
  • other educational results.

These results are provided for practice and educational guidance only.

20. No Official IELTS Result

A result produced by SuperiorIELTS:

  • is not an official IELTS result;
  • is not an IELTS Test Report Form;
  • is not issued by an official IELTS test centre;
  • cannot replace an official English-language test result; and
  • should not be submitted as an official IELTS result.

21. No Guarantee of IELTS Band Score

SuperiorIELTS does not guarantee that use of the Website will result in any particular official IELTS band score.

A student’s official result may be affected by numerous factors, including:

  • language proficiency;
  • preparation;
  • performance on the examination date;
  • question difficulty;
  • test conditions;
  • time management;
  • examiner assessment;
  • scoring procedures; and
  • other circumstances outside SuperiorIELTS’s control.

22. No Guarantee of Admission, Visa, or Employment

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a writing assessment provided through SuperiorIELTS is not an official IELTS examiner assessment.

24. Speaking Assessments

Where SuperiorIELTS provides speaking practice, recording, feedback, automated assessment, or estimated scoring, the result is educational in nature.

It is not an official IELTS Speaking examination.

25. AI and Automated Assessment

SuperiorIELTS may use automated systems or artificial intelligence-assisted technology for educational purposes such as:

  • writing feedback;
  • speaking feedback;
  • answer explanations;
  • estimated scoring;
  • error detection;
  • learning recommendations; and
  • performance analysis.

Automated systems may make mistakes.

Users should treat automated assessments as study guidance rather than an official determination of their IELTS ability.

26. Accuracy of Educational Information

We aim to make SuperiorIELTS useful and accurate.

However, educational materials, answer explanations, automated calculations, estimated scores, technical systems, or other content may occasionally contain errors.

We may correct or update content where necessary.

If you believe that an answer, result, or technical feature contains an error, you may contact:

admin@superiorielts.com

27. Changes to IELTS

IELTS rules, examination formats, question types, policies, scoring procedures, fees, test availability, and other official requirements may change.

SuperiorIELTS may update its Services to reflect relevant developments but does not guarantee that every part of the Website will always immediately reflect every official change.

For official requirements, users should consult an official IELTS source.

29. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Books, examination names, questions, audio, images, trademarks, logos, publications, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective rights holders.

SuperiorIELTS does not acquire ownership of third-party intellectual property merely by:

  • referring to it;
  • identifying it;
  • categorizing it;
  • linking to it; or
  • displaying its name.

Nothing in these Terms transfers third-party intellectual-property rights to users.

30. IELTS and Cambridge References

SuperiorIELTS may refer to:

  • IELTS;
  • Cambridge IELTS;
  • Cambridge IELTS Academic books;
  • test numbers;
  • examination modules;
  • publication titles; and
  • related educational references

for identification, categorization, description, and IELTS preparation purposes.

The use of a third-party name or reference does not by itself mean that SuperiorIELTS owns that name or is officially endorsed by the relevant organization.

31. No Implied Official Affiliation

Unless expressly stated otherwise through an authorized relationship, references to IELTS, Cambridge, British Council, IDP, publishers, examination organizations, or their products should not be interpreted as indicating that SuperiorIELTS is officially sponsored, endorsed, administered, or operated by those organizations.

SuperiorIELTS is an IELTS preparation platform and not an official IELTS test centre.

32. Third-Party Materials

Where third-party material is lawfully made available through the Services, users receive only such rights to access or use the material as are expressly provided by SuperiorIELTS, the applicable rights holder, licence, or law.

You must not assume that access to third-party material gives you the right to reproduce or commercially distribute it.

33. Copyright Complaints

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that material available through SuperiorIELTS infringes rights you represent, you may contact:

admin@superiorielts.com

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify and review the material concerned.

  • data-mining systems; or
  • similar automated technologies.

37. Competing Services

You may not systematically copy or extract SuperiorIELTS’s original content, databases, test interfaces, explanations, or other protected material for the purpose of creating or operating a competing commercial service.

  • promotional eligibility; or
  • other Website data.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

41. Free and Paid Services

SuperiorIELTS may provide both free and paid Services.

Some tests, features, or resources may be available without payment, while others may require:

  • a one-time purchase;
  • a package purchase;
  • a subscription;
  • membership; or
  • another payment arrangement.

The applicable conditions will be displayed before purchase where appropriate.

42. Primary Currency

The primary currency of SuperiorIELTS.com is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Prices intended primarily for the Bangladeshi market may be displayed in BDT.

43. International Customers

International customers may purchase SuperiorIELTS Services where supported payment methods are available.

Depending on the payment processor, bank, card provider, user’s location, or checkout configuration:

  • payment may be processed in BDT;
  • another supported currency may be displayed;
  • currency conversion may occur; or
  • additional foreign transaction or conversion charges may apply.

44. Currency Conversion Charges

Currency exchange rates and conversion charges imposed by:

  • banks;
  • card issuers;
  • payment gateways;
  • mobile financial services; or
  • other financial institutions

are generally determined by those providers and are outside SuperiorIELTS’s direct control.

SuperiorIELTS is not responsible for a third-party provider’s currency-conversion rate or separately imposed foreign transaction charge.

45. Prices

The applicable price of a paid Service will ordinarily be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may change prices for future purchases.

A price change will not normally retroactively alter a completed one-time purchase.

46. Taxes and Other Charges

Taxes, duties, fees, or other charges may apply depending on:

  • applicable law;
  • the user’s country;
  • payment method;
  • transaction type; or
  • service provider.

Where SuperiorIELTS is required to collect an applicable tax or charge, it may be included in or added to the price as appropriate.

47. Payment Methods

SuperiorIELTS may support payment methods shown at checkout.

Available payment methods may differ depending on:

  • location;
  • currency;
  • Service;
  • payment provider; and
  • technical availability.

We may add, remove, or change supported payment methods.

48. Third-Party Payment Processors

Payments may be processed through third-party:

  • payment gateways;
  • banks;
  • card processors;
  • mobile financial services; or
  • other financial providers.

Those providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, verification requirements, fees, and security processes.

49. Payment Authorization

By submitting a purchase, you represent that:

  • you are authorized to use the payment method provided; or
  • the authorized payment-method holder has permitted the transaction.

You authorize the applicable payment processor to collect the amount presented to you at checkout.

50. Order Confirmation

A payment submission does not necessarily mean that a purchase has been successfully completed.

A purchase may be considered complete when:

  • payment has been successfully confirmed; and
  • the applicable Service or access has been activated or otherwise confirmed.

51. Payment Failure

If payment is:

  • declined;
  • incomplete;
  • cancelled;
  • reversed;
  • rejected; or
  • otherwise unsuccessful,

SuperiorIELTS may withhold or suspend the associated paid Service.

52. Pricing or Technical Errors

Although we seek to display accurate pricing, technical or obvious pricing errors may occasionally occur.

If a clear error materially affects a transaction, we may cancel the affected order and, if payment has already been received, provide an appropriate refund.

We will not deliberately use pricing errors to charge a user an amount they did not agree to.

53. Fraud Prevention

A transaction may be delayed, rejected, cancelled, or reviewed where reasonably necessary because of suspected:

  • fraud;
  • unauthorized payment use;
  • security concerns;
  • payment irregularities; or
  • abuse.

Where a legitimate completed payment is cancelled by SuperiorIELTS without delivery of the paid Service, an appropriate refund will be provided subject to applicable law and payment-processing requirements.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

54. Subscriptions

If SuperiorIELTS offers subscriptions, the applicable:

  • price;
  • billing period;
  • duration;
  • features;
  • renewal conditions; and
  • cancellation terms

should be presented before purchase.

55. Automatic Renewal

A subscription will automatically renew only where automatic renewal is part of the offer presented to the customer.

Where automatic renewal applies, recurring charges may continue until the subscription is cancelled according to the applicable cancellation procedure.

56. Cancelling a Subscription

Where subscription cancellation is available, cancellation generally prevents future renewal.

Cancellation does not necessarily result in an automatic refund for a period already purchased or used unless:

  • the applicable offer states otherwise; or
  • a refund or cancellation right is required by law.

REFUNDS

57. Refund Principles

Because SuperiorIELTS provides digital educational Services, eligibility for a refund may depend on circumstances including:

  • the type of Service;
  • whether access has already been provided;
  • whether the Service has been substantially used;
  • whether the Service was delivered correctly;
  • duplicate charges;
  • technical failure;
  • unauthorized transactions;
  • the terms shown at purchase; and
  • applicable consumer law.

58. No Automatic Refund Merely for Change of Mind

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user may not automatically be entitled to a refund solely because the user:

  • changed their mind;
  • did not use the purchased Service;
  • no longer intends to take IELTS;
  • obtained a lower practice score than expected;
  • did not achieve a desired official IELTS score; or
  • purchased a Service and later decided they did not need it.

This does not remove any refund right required by applicable law.

59. Service Not Provided

If you pay for a Service and SuperiorIELTS fails to provide the purchased Service, you should contact:

admin@superiorielts.com

Where appropriate, we may:

  • provide the Service;
  • restore access;
  • correct the issue;
  • provide replacement access; or
  • issue a refund.

Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by this section.

60. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were:

  • charged twice;
  • charged an incorrect amount; or
  • charged for a transaction that did not complete,

contact:

admin@superiorielts.com

Please provide the relevant transaction details without sending passwords, PINs, full card numbers, or OTP codes.

61. Refund Method

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method where technically and legally possible.

Processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card network, or other payment provider.

62. Separate Refund Policy

SuperiorIELTS may publish a separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Where such a policy applies to a purchase, it forms part of the terms governing that transaction.

If there is an inconsistency between these general Terms and specific purchase conditions presented before payment, the more specific purchase conditions will apply to that transaction to the extent permitted by law.

COMMUNICATIONS

63. Service Communications

SuperiorIELTS may send communications necessary to operate your account or provide purchased Services.

These may include:

  • OTP emails;
  • verification emails;
  • password resets;
  • security alerts;
  • payment confirmations;
  • purchase receipts;
  • subscription notifications;

  • transmit

that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the relevant Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You must not knowingly submit content that:

  • is unlawful;
  • infringes another person’s rights;
  • contains malware;
  • is intended to harm the Website;
  • contains unauthorized confidential material; or
  • you have no legal right to submit.

However, users should understand that technical problems, browser issues, connectivity failures, session expiration, device failures, or unexpected system errors may occasionally interrupt test sessions.

  • Google; and
  • other third-party services.

Use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.

79. Suspension by SuperiorIELTS

We may temporarily or permanently restrict an account where we reasonably believe that the user has:

  • materially violated these Terms;
